Sharon is a dynamic facilitator, speaker and executive coach with over 25 years’ experience in the field of adult education, corporate facilitation leadership and organisational development and transformation. In 2018, she completed her PhD, where her focus was on creating a framework for holistic and sustainable leadership development with emotional intelligence at the core.
The framework was published by Rutgers University in the USA.
Her interventions are results driven and customised to meet client specific needs. It is Sharon’s vision and commitment to empower people to take their learning out of the classroom, unlock their potential, motivate themselves and focus on organisational goals and market objectives through emotionally intelligent behaviour and teamwork.
Her passion for life and learning, and belief that people are inherently capable of achieving anything they choose, inspires others to realise just how capable, talented and magnificent they are.
